Wrapping paper or gift bags? Paper..most def!

Real tree or Artificial? Real!! It wouldn't be Christmas without a real tree!

When do you put up the tree? a few days after Thanksgiving.

When do you take the tree down? After New Years....we like to keep it living and sometimes put it in the backyard and it lives like all year...I know tacky...Oh well :)

Do you like eggnog? Yep

Favorite gift received as a child? I really loved the doll house that we still have in our basement and the kids play with when they come here

Hardest person to buy for? Sorry but I think that will have to be Thomas :P

Easiest person to buy for? Dad

Do you have a nativity scene? Not personally but Mom and Dad have lik e 60-something

Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail.

Worst Christmas gift you ever received? um...I don't think i have ever had a HORRIBLE one.

When do you start shopping for Christmas? Around Thanksgiving

Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Wow...that is a hard one...anything sweet and amazing smelling...I love wastle!

Lights on the tree? White...definately

Favorite Christmas song? Bing Crosby's White Christmas and Christmas Song

Travel at Christmas or stay home? I love being home with the family...but I also love going to Williamsburg the day after Christmas!

Can you name all of Santa's reindeer's? Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen. (Rudolph).

Angel on the tree top or a star? Angel...although the past two years we have done huge bows!

Open presents on Christmas Eve or morning? Christmas Morning!

Most annoying thing about this time of the year? I love it all!

Favorite Ornament theme or color? nativities, red, green, snow, crackling fire etc.

Favorite for Christmas dinner? Honey Baked Ham.

I took these pictures the day after I got them but I just haven't had time to put them up. While Julie, Dave, and Audrey were here for Thanksgiving, Julie insisted that I opened their present to me. Been a Month!

Well, it has been about a month and I think it is about time that I post something. I am sad to say that I don't have the pictures that I have been wanting to post but I will post them soon!! Thanksgiving was really really fun but I am sad that all those fun people that were here won't be here for Christmas...and I won't see them for A LONG TIME :(!! Christmas preperations are going well. We have all of our decorations on and our Bing Crosby CD is playing almost everyday! (thanks so much for getting us that Julie!).

Oliver is going pretty well. We did a stumble through of Act 1 on Friday and this week we are learning the rest of the choreography and staging. We are already off book so hopefully by the end of the week we can run the Act again without the stumbling part. It has been fun to learn the music and meet new friends, although this week I sound like a man because my throat is all scratchy and stuff.

Last week I had two concerts, orchestra and chorus. They were both really good although I feel like I didn't do my best in either. I think for chorus I didn't know the words as well as planned and for orchestra I was nervous because I have never preformed so close to the audience....

Speaking of close to the audience and orchestra...we had seating auditions in orchestra I am 3rd chair, 1st violin. From last year, I moved up like 20 seats!!! So that means I am like as close to the audience as you can be...and that made me nervous and a little self consciece (<-- word spelled wrong). Sorry...my spelling is...a little on the shabby side. It is funny that I am not really nervous when I sing and act on stage but I am when I play the violin. Weird!

Homework is getting out of control. I have 2 projects over the break and I have homework every night. It is gets really annoying. Why can't teachers just give us a break!!!
