Now when you read the title of this post you might think of the little things that you appreciate people do for you or the little things that really make a difference but I mean the little things I very strongly dislike. Its isn't a big deal, but today I had to walk home with my really really heavy violin and my back hurt and it was hot but I also REALLY really had to go to the bathroom! Now how is that for those little things that really make you irritated. I guess it shows how blessed I am to have someone take me home everyday!

Yesterday in church Mariah and I preformed a musical number called Love is Spoken Here and Mariah sang and I played the violin. Even though I had gotten all of my music down and stuff I was just so scared. When I got up on the stand my heart was pounding so hard! Good thing everybody likes Mariah and I so no one would give us a hard time if we mess up!

Bite the Bullet
Saturday, April 26, 2008I just thought Lucy was getting very long haired and was shedding a little bit so groomed her today. After my soccer game (I lost 1-0) we went and bought some scissors and thinging scissors and then I got to work.

N.Y.C.!!!
Man! Carnegie Hall is AMAZING!! I spent Thursday-Monday in New York having a great time rehearsing, seeing a show, going to the Empire State Building, enjoying a cruise, and SHOPPING!
I even went to a store called Strawberry where I got an adorable new skirt and shirt that are green and blue! I also saw Lion King which was fAnTaStIc, especially Rafiki, who was from South Africa!
This is my choir in Carnegie Hall. You aren't suposed to take pictures but Dad is a photographer and he couldn't help his finger taking a few shots!
There is me in the middle next to the red head girl. We all look a little worn out and impatient because we had to stand in one place for 35 minutes and it hurt your legs A LOT!
This is me walking into my place in the middle of Carnegie.
The childrens choir gathered in the front and we took a group picture. The kids in the front are the age below my group. I am in the very middle with the grey jacket on.
Daddy and I beside Carnegie. We hadn't seen each other for a couple of days so I hugged him tight
Same with Mama! I love this picture of us! We really look a like.
This is the person who made the whole trip happen. She is my conductor for Carnegie, but not for regular Fairfax Choral Society. She scheduled everything and really did a GREAT job!Posted by time-for-a-paws at 6:03 PM 3 comments
For Good Times Sake
Thursday, March 27, 2008Yesterday I watched Peter Pan for I would guess the second time in my life. I was so in the mood for it because on the way up and coming back down from Massechusettes during Spring Break, Mariah read the book Peter Pan aloud. It was so fun to hear the orginal story and imagine it all. All of a sudden I had an urge for Pan. Watching it again was so fun. I loved the "red skins" and pirates and lost boys and all their interactions. Sometimes I even imagine that I am Wendy because she reminds me a little of myself. I want to obey my parents at the same time do something fun. I am also tidy and like to tend kids. I love doing English accents as well. If only Robinson was doing Peter Pan next year for the Middle School musical (but the did it 2 years ago). Disney made so many master peices!

Bedroom Makeover!
Sunday, March 23, 2008You have been waiting for a long time and this is it! I have finally finished the redoing of my room. Now all I have to do is organize all my stuff back into it!
Everything is messy and cluttered and smushed in. There is something on each surface!
again...very crampd and I the wall color isn't my favorite!
My lovely desk...
I tryed to clean out my drewers a bit but it didn't help the top of my dresser.
We are taking down the bed and there is no more matress! I helped get the matress off so I was sitting up there very percariously. Lucy was wining and barking because she didn't want me to fall. Dad put her on my lap up there and she snuggled there and kissed me.
All my stuff is in Mom and Dad's room waiting to be put back in.
The furniture arrived and we had only
painted the walls white for the base. plain looking but was getting there.
The first wall has its first coat! I was so excited about my accent wall!
There is Dad painting away!
The two colors together just look yummy (excuse the Mom language!) and I am so happy about them!
This is all the furniture and paint together. Don't you just love the bedspread!
Close up of the bedspread. I think the room really is amazing looking!
My little end table!
This is just a taste of my room and as you can see I still have a lot of organizing and putting away to do but I am glad you get a taste of my amazingly cute room! THANK YOU MOM AND DAD FOR THE TREMENDOUS WORK YOU PUT INTO THIS!!! Hope you like the pictures!
