Last week I went to a drama camp at Robinson. It was so fun. My first impression was that it was a little young. It was 2nd to 8th graders so I was the oldest in the whole camp but I did have two of my really good friends there with me. We played acting games, learned how to do some make up, played with stage blood, danced, and performed a play. For our age group we did the 12 Dancing Princesses for our play. I was the main
character named Elise (She is the youngest princess who is on the cover of the book in yellow). It was so fun to learn lines, blocking, and acting techniques. When it came time to perform I realized that I have only performed like 3 times in plays/musicals and Mom and Dad have missed 2 of them! :-( Hopefully I will have many a part to come so they will see me a lot in plays. Over all, drama camp was really fun and it was especially exciting to have Mariah a counselor there with me.
Dramatic!
