Today at Drama Club after school they announced the musical for next year and showed the movie. I was really excited about finding out and I really wanted it to be Annie because that is what they have been talking about for the past couple years but it ended up being Oliver! I hadn't really ever seen it before and it is a big contrast from the happy Bye Bye Birdie show I am used to. There aren't many girl parts so I am thinking I will have to be playing a guy through out the show if I get in. My dream part would probably either be Nancy or the Dodger (left on the picture) who finds Oliver and brings him to the pick pocketer shack. I would love doing the accent and teaching him how to pick pocket. Maybe if I get in you guys could come out to see it! Can't wait for next year to finally be in a musical again. Bye Bye Birdie was so much fun and I made so many new friends. I miss those times!

I think it's so great you are so involved in musicals. You'll be fantastic at whatever you are cast as!
fun!! I did Oliver at the Draper City theater when I was like 8 or 9. I remember having mom and Dad drive me almost every night to the rehearsals. It was a fun show.. I was just one of the pickpockets and orphans, but it is a great show. FOOD glorious FOOD!
that will be so fun babe! good luck with the auditions, you will be great!
You've got to pick a pocket or two. Hahaha, that will be a fun show to do. You will have all Summer to perfect the cockney accent!! :)
Driving Rachel to be in Oliver was a great investment of my time because it launched her on a stunning drama life! Can't wait to be there for you when you are in drama, too.
