On Thursday night I went to a really fun, rising seventh grader's dance at Robinson. I had a lot of fun seeing poeple I knew and jumping up and down to songs I knew. Now before I go on with the story you need to know the inside scoop. I see this guy everywhere. I saw him at all the Thoroughly Modern Millie shows I went to, I saw him at me All-County Chorus Festival, and I saw him at the Robinson orrientation. To tell you the truth I think he is kinda cute. So, since I figured that he was going to Robinson because he was at the orrientation, I looked for him. I suddenly spotted him wearing jeans and a shirt with a popped collar. At once my friends started ebbing me on to go introduce myself. I was kinda nevous but I stepped up to the plate and told him that I saw him everywhere. I asked if he had a sibbling in drama and he said yes. His sister, Chris Capooto (have no idea how to spell it) who was Miss Dorathy in Millie. It such a small world. I told him my sister was Mariah Proctor and smiled and then we sorta departed. Later in the night when the dance ended and everybody was walking out the door I asked what his name was. The mystery boy is Jason Capooto. I also found out that he signed up for drama as well as I did so hopefully we will be friends and he won't think I am a total freak! :-)

I'm sure he won't think you are a freak. He will think you are smart, cute, funny and all the other great qualities you possess. So, he's cute? Hopefully he will be in your drama class, it would be fun to already know somebody!!
that does sound fun babe...i wish i could see what he looks like!
What you did is so smart. Be a friend to all at your new school. Introduce yourself. Be kind. Everybody will be new and feeling like they hope somebody will recognize them. Even chick magnets like this guy like it when someone is friendly and acknolwedges them.
